Agronomy, Agriculture, and Food Systems
Who We Are
-
We work at the intersection of land, food, and systems.
Our consulting is grounded in agronomy and agriculture, informed by technology, and shaped by real world execution. We start with first principles including soil, crops, supply chains, and incentives and build practical strategies that hold up in the field, the boardroom, and the market.
We listen carefully, move deliberately, and focus on outcomes that compound over time.
-
Practical rigor
We prioritize work that is technically sound, economically viable, and operationally realistic.Systems thinking
Agriculture does not exist in silos. We look across soils, inputs, technology, policy, and human behavior to understand what actually drives results.Craft and care
Whether advising on agronomy, product strategy, or food, we respect the intelligence of materials including soil, plants, and ingredients and the people who work with them.Clarity over noise
We value clear thinking, honest analysis, and recommendations that can be acted on immediately. -
This work grew out of time spent in fields, kitchens, and research, not just behind screens.
From agronomy consulting and ag tech strategy to hands on food work and writing about the food system, the common thread is an obsession with how things are made and why they work. We believe better decisions come from understanding systems end to end including production, incentives, culture, and consumption.
Today, we partner with growers, companies, and organizations who want thoughtful guidance, durable solutions, and a deeper relationship with the land and food they depend on.
